Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, at no time shall Porkbun LLC be deemed as an auctioneer or an escrow agent.
You affirm under the threat of perjury that you are the legal registrant of the domain being listed, or that you have written permission from the domain registrant to sell the domain on their behalf.
Porkbun will take a 7% commission on all domain names sold through its marketplace.
All payouts will be made via PayPal. Customers without PayPal accounts, or who are ineligible to use PayPal are ineligible to sell domains at Porkbun. We will pay out every weekday for all verified commissions on sales that are 15 days old or older. Payments may be delayed due to holidays or other administrative conflicts.
Porkbun at its sole discretion may deny payout if the purchase is deemed fraudulent or we are unable to secure payment. In these situations the domain will be returned to your account.
If you list a domain on our marketplace, any pending transfer to another registrar will be cancelled and transfers to other registrars will be prohibited until you cease listing the domain in our marketplace.
