USER AUCTION AGREEMENT

General

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, at no time shall Porkbun LLC be deemed as an auctioneer or an escrow agent.

Shill Bidding

Shill bidding is the deliberate placing of bids on the seller's behalf, or by the seller themselves, to artificially drive up the price of an auctioned item. Shill bidding and/or bidding on your own auctions, whether it be from your own account or related accounts, is prohibited. Shill bidding is fraudulent, unethical and a crime.

Right to Sell

You affirm under the threat of perjury that you are the legal registrant of the domain being listed, or that you have written permission from the domain registrant to sell the domain on their behalf.

Commission

Porkbun will take a 15% commission on all domain names sold through the user auctions. The seller will earn 85% of the final winning bid amount. All transfer fees and other fees related to the sale of the domain will be retained by Porkbun.

Payouts

All payouts will be made via PayPal. Customers without PayPal accounts, or who are ineligible to use PayPal are ineligible to sell domains at Porkbun. We will pay out every weekday for all verified commissions on sales that are 15 days old or older. Payments may be delayed due to holidays or other administrative conflicts.

Fraud

Porkbun at its sole discretion may deny payout if the purchase is deemed fraudulent or we are unable to secure payment. In these situations the domain will be returned to your account.

Pending and Future Transfers

If you list a domain for sale at auction, any pending transfer to another registrar will be cancelled and transfers to other registrars will be prohibited until the domain is no longer listed.

Cancellations

Auctions with bids cannot be cancelled before their end date.
