The Judges will evaluate each eligible Creative Submission based on the following equally weighted judging criteria:
The First Prize Winner will be the Participant whose Creative Submission obtained the highest score. The Second Prize Winner will be the Participant whose Creative Submission obtained the second highest score. The Third Prize Winner will be the Participant whose Creative Submission obtained the third highest score. In the event of a tie, tie breaker will be based upon the highest score in the first judging criteria, continuing thereafter to each judging criteria in order, as needed, to break the tie. Up to 50 honorable mentions may also be awarded at Sponsor's sole discretion, which may be based on the next highest overall scores and/or for excelling in one specific criteria, such as Originality and Creativity.
The winners will be selected within five (5) days from the end date of the Contest Period and be notified by e-mail. The winners shall confirm receipt of the notification e-mail and inform Sponsor about his/her residence address and telephone number. If any prize correspondence (including e-mail) is returned as non-deliverable, prize may be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address of Participants. Where lawful, winners may be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification in a form provided by Sponsor. Failure to return documents timely, or if winner is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules or otherwise ineligible, or if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification.
